By accessing or using the Security Posture Analyzer website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Security Posture Analyzer provides passive security reconnaissance tools that analyze domain security through publicly available information. Our Service includes:

• HTTP security header analysis
• SSL/TLS certificate validation
• DNS record inspection (SPF, DMARC, MX)
• Technology stack fingerprinting
• Security posture scoring and reporting

Important: Our Service performs passive reconnaissance only. We do not perform active penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, or any activities that could damage or compromise target systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access
• Use automated systems to send more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Frame or mirror any part of the Service without written consent
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HushStack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service according to these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results
• The Service meeting your specific requirements
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
• Correction of any defects or errors
• Freedom from viruses or other harmful code

Security scanning results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional security advice. Always consult with qualified security professionals before making security decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HUSHSTACK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements through Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Exchange. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may display third-party advertisements on the Service
• We use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads
• Your interactions with ads are subject to the advertisers' privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by HushStack. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
